These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bufferfly, a macOS application published by Buffertino (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Bufferfly, you agree to these Terms.
By using Bufferfly, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Bufferfly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Upon payment of the one-time license fee, Buffertino grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Bufferfly on Macs you personally own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not include:
Bufferfly offers a 14-day free trial with full functionality. No payment information is required to begin the trial. After the trial period ends, the application will require a valid license to continue operating. You may purchase a license at any time during or after the trial.

The one-time license fee is $12.99 USD at the time of publication. Pricing is subject to change; the price at time of purchase is binding. Payments are processed by Paddle. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction. See our Refund Policy for return terms.
Your license includes all future updates to Bufferfly at no additional cost. We reserve the right to change features, add or remove functionality, or discontinue the product, though we aim to provide reasonable notice in such cases.
Bufferfly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buffertino's liability for any claim arising from your use of Bufferfly shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Your license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using Bufferfly and destroy all copies. Sections 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
